Service and Warranty

The private company «Hartehprom-97» provides warranty and post-warranty service for all manufactured equipment. The products are based on technical specifications registered with state bodies of Gosstandartmetrologiya and comply with technical documentation, current GOSTs, DSTUs and OSTs.

The units' operational characteristics are confirmed by the protocols of state acceptance and tests conducted by the specialized research institute for forecasting and testing equipment and technologies for agricultural production of the Ministry of Agrarian and Industrial Policy of Ukraine, named after. L. Pogorely.

The warranty period of operation is 12 months from the date of putting the equipment into operation but no later than 5 months from the date of the purchase or the number of cultivated hectares indicated in the passport for the unit. Each product has a unique serial number indicator in the tech passport. Putting the unit into operation must be recorded in the appropriate column of the warranty card.

The tasks facing the warranty service and post-warranty service – are the problems elimination that arises during operation and the provision of consumers with spare parts necessary for repair and uninterrupted operation as soon as possible.

In the event of a breakdown of equipment during the warranty period, based on the results of a technical examination, a decision is made:

- on the repair of equipment (replacement of individual units or assembly parts) free of charge under warranty;

- on the replacement of the unit in case of impossibility to make repairs (replacement of individual units or assembly parts);

- on the refusal of warranty service in case of gross violations of the conditions of transportation, storage or operation of agricultural machines provided for by the relevant GOSTs, DSTU and operating instructions.

We guarantee our customers a minimum service life of units before decommissioning of at least 7 years.
