Trailed disc harrow with damper racks LDP Strong

The new series of trailed disc harrows LDP Strong has emerged as an evolution of the popular compact disc harrow lineup LDP. Thanks to changes in the frame construction and an increase in its weight, as well as the use of tines on rubber shock absorbers, the performance of the units on soils of medium and heavy particle composition has improved. The stability of the unit during operation at maximum working depth has increased. Additionally, the furrow from the work of the extreme side discs has been reduced. The new disc tine is attached to the frame using rubber shock absorbers made of high-quality rubber, while the coulter itself is made of strong European rolled steel. The use of rubber shock absorbers allows the tine to flex and vibrate, preventing sticking and clogging of the unit with residues, as well as eliminating lateral movement, ensuring more stable operation with quality soil cutting and mixing of crop residues.

Possible (optional, for an additional fee) configuration options for disk harrow of the LDPStrong series:
- smooth spherical disks Ø 460 mm;
- notched spherical disks Ø 510 or 560 mm;
- notched wave disks Ø 510 (20 teeth/waves);
- harrow sections of spring teeth;
- front gauge wheels for working widths under 6 m;
- press rollers with stacked spring sectors;
- hitch type CAT.2 or CAT.3 (for aggregation using the lower linkage of the tractor hitch).
