Subsoilers "Ripper" SGR series

Subsoilers are designed for deep, non-moldboard tillage in order to destroy the plough pan and improve the soil profile to a depth of 25-60 cm (replacement of classical ploughing with significant cost savings and the ability to use tractors of less power). The frame is full-welded to withstand high loads. Moreover, safety bolts ensure the machine's protection from collisions with obstacles and significant overloads in order to avoid deformation or breakage. The large frame height above the ground (88 cm) allows it to work in challenging conditions.

The design of the tines allows for loosening only the soil's lower layers without taking them up. Mixing occurs only at the upper soil layers. Due to the overlapping spurs, the double spur roller has a self-cleaning effect. So the unit can work even in the most extreme conditions without clogging. The roller suspension is implemented on a parallelogram with a simple finger adjustment.

Subsoilers are equipped with tines manufactured by ama (Italy). Optionally, it is possible to install supporting pneumatic wheels.
