Applicators API CULTAN

The Ukrainian-German project is ready and has been tested. Its result is the API series units operating on the CULTAN technology (introduction of liquid nitrogen fertilizers into the soil by injection):

- capture width - 6, 9, 12 and 16 meters;

- capacity 3000 or 5000 litres;

- KWD tines (Germany);

- ARAG electronics (Italy);

- application depth – 5-6 cm, application rate from 100 to 2000 l/ha;

- the chassis makes it possible to work with a row spacing of 25 and 35 cm, incl. row crops;

- application speed up to 12 km/h;

- productivity from 7.2 ha/h.

What you will get:

- yield increase of 12-17% or 700-1300 kg/ha of wheat (experiments were carried out in Ukraine in 2018-2019);

- 100% uniform distribution of liquid mineral fertilizers over the field;

- improved soil aeration in spring through holes left by injection needles;

- fertilizer is not washed out of the soil;

- fertilizer begins to nourish the plant immediately after application;

- nitrogen is close to the roots, and the plant «takes» as much nitrogen as it needs throughout its growth;

- the root system develops more actively, and the plants become more resistant to drought.

Your money is not evaporating with nitrogen!

The payback of the API-6 unit is one season per 500 hectares of winter wheat!
